Contest: KAPA FM’s “Jingle All The Way” Contest (the “Contest”) held on Company
Station KAPA 100.3 / 99.1, streaming online KAPA website.

No purchase is required to enter or win the Contest.

December 1, 2025 – December 22, 2025
Description of Contest – How to Enter
Listeners will tune in to KAPA FM each day, Monday – Friday to listen for the “Christmas
Song of the Day” (the “song”) sung by members of the KAPA ʻOhana.
When the song airs, listeners have 10 minutes to text the name of the song of the day to
the number provided on-air.
Listeners will have 3 chances through out the day to hear the song of the day, but may
only enter once per day.
The correct text entry will qualify the listener for the weekly prize drawing, which will
take place on Friday, December 12, 2025 and Friday, December 19, 2025 during
Kahikina’s Pau Hana Party Show.
All correct entries received throughout the entire contest period will also be entered into
the Grand Prize Drawing, to be held on December 22, 2025, during the Aloha Morning
Wake Up ʻOhana Show.
Eligibility
The Contest is open to all individuals who:
1. Possess a current government-issued photo ID reasonably acceptable to the
Company,
2. Are at least 18 years old, and
3. Are residents of Hawaiʻi County.
Only one (1) entry per person per play is allowed.
Employees and agents of the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies,
and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win.
The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents,
and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriages(s), remarriage(s), adoption, cohabitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. Employees of any radio station (whether or not affiliated with the Company) are ineligible to play.
Prizes and Odds
Prize(s) and descriptions will be announced on-air and listed at
http://www.kaparadio.com.
Only one (1) prize per household within any thirty (30) day period.
Only one (1) prize per household within a calendar year if the prize value
exceeds $600.
If a winner is disqualified, the Company may determine an alternate winner or
choose not to award that prize.
Prizes are non-transferable, not assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
The Company reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or
greater value if necessary.
Prize(s) must be used before the expiration date.
Prize(s) are non-transferable and not assignable.
No substitutions allowed by winners and may not be redeemable for cash
If tickets to a performance are awarded as a prize, the Company is not
responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of the performance for any
reason and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute the
tickets for another prize should the performance not be rescheduled or vouchers
not issued.
The Company is not responsible for cancellations or delays in travel
accommodations and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise
substitute any tickets awarded as a part of a travel prize due to such
cancellations or delays.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Claiming the Prize
Winners must claim their prizes in person at one of the following Pacific Media Group
locations:

Kona Office: 75-5852 Aliʻi Drive, Kona, HI 96740
Prizes must be claimed within three (3) business days of being notified, or the prize may
be forfeited unless other arrangements for pick-up or delivery have been made by
company and winner.
Winners must present a valid government-issued photo ID before receiving their prize.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
If the prize value is $600 or more, the winner will be required to complete an IRS Form
1099 and provide a valid Social Security Number. All federal, state and local taxes and
incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Publicity: Use of Personal Information
By accepting a prize, winners grant Pacific Media Group (PMG) and its affiliates the
right to use their name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for promotional
purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Participants agree that the Company may use personal information provided for
marketing or promotional purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
Limitations of Liability / Release
By participating in the Contest, all entrants and winners agree to release and hold
harmless Pacific Media Group (DBA Pacific Radio Group, Inc.), its stations, affiliates,
employees, agents, and contest sponsors from any and all losses, damages, claims,
liabilities, or expenses of any kind arising directly or indirectly from participation in the
Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. This includes, without limitation,
personal injury, illness, death, or property damage.
Participants and prize winners acknowledge that they are voluntarily taking part in a
promotion organized by Pacific Media Group and waive any liability against the
Company for any infectious disease or illness contracted while participating in the
promotion or after receiving a prize.
The Company is not responsible for:
Failed, partial, or garbled transmissions
Technical malfunctions of any kind (including network, hardware, or software
failures)
Errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or defects in operation or transmission
Delays, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to entries
Any issues beyond the Company’s control that may interfere with the Contest
If, for any reason, the Contest is not able to run as planned — including but not limited
to tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or technical issues — the Company
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the
Contest and/or disqualify any individual who tampers with or undermines the integrity of
the entry process.
Reservation of Rights
Pacific Media Group (the “Company”) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to
disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the
Contest, violating these Official Rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive
manner, or engaging in behavior intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any
other person.
The Company will prosecute any fraudulent or unlawful activities to the fullest extent
permitted by law.
By participating in this Contest, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules
and by the decisions of the Company, its contest supervisors, and any judges selected
by the Company — all of which shall be final and binding in every respect.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Official Rules at
any time it deems necessary, without prior notice, and is not responsible for any
typographical or inadvertent errors contained in these Rules or in any related
promotional materials.
Certain special contests may include additional or modified rules, which will be made
available in the same manner as these Official Rules.
A written copy of these Official Rules and a list of winners (available for up to one year
after the conclusion of the Contest) may be obtained during regular business hours at
our main office, on our station websites, or by written request with a self-addressed
